The Outreach at LakeSide Primary School, Jinja, took place to empower and motivate Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) candidates as they prepare for their final milestone. In reference to our donate to educate initiative, we needed to reach out to ensure that learners receive not only exam essentials but also emotional encouragement and inspiration. Moreover, the activity strengthened our commitment to supporting education in underserved communities.
Supporting Candidates With the Right Tools
During the outreach, the team provided essential academic supplies such as math sets, pens, pencils, pads, and long rulers. These items help increase confidence and readiness among the candidates. In addition, the learners received eats and refreshments to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Prayer and career inspiration moments followed, offering guidance and reassurance to every candidate.

Fun and Engaging Activities
To build excitement and strengthen learning, the outreach featured a variety of interactive activities. These included a quiz challenge, spelling competitions, games, and cake cutting. Furthermore, the learners enjoyed food and drinks as they bonded with one another. Because of these activities, the event created lasting memories and meaningful connections.
Journey Highlights
The journey to Jinja included stopovers at Namawojjolo, Mabira, and the Nile Bridge. These moments provided additional refreshment and reflection for the volunteers and team members. Consequently, the entire experience became both impactful and memorable.
