About Us
Welcome to HERE4YOU, a non-profit organization based in Uganda. It was founded in 2019 and registered with the Uganda registration service bureau as a company without share capital in 2021. (registration number 80020002800538). We are located in Nabbingo-kyengera town council, P.O. Box 176169.
We represent a rebirth of a group of people with a heart ready to sacrifice part of their possessions to salvage the souls of many in dire need. At Here4you Foundation, we believe in the power of collective action and the importance of every individual’s contribution.
Our organization focuses on education, community upliftment, and youth empowerment. We aim to provide resources and support to underprivileged communities, with a particular focus on enabling access to quality education and mentoring for young people.
Our journey began with a simple vision: To create lasting change and improve the quality of life for individuals and communities facing challenges. Since then, we’ve grown into a dynamic organization committed to child mortality awareness, providing essential services through donations and fostering sustainable development.

OUR OBJECTIVES
Healthcare
We are dedicated to advancing equitable access to quality healthcare for all individuals, particularly those in underserved communities. Our initiatives emphasize preventive care, medical outreach, and health education to promote long-term well-being. By collaborating with healthcare professionals and local partners, we aim to reduce disease burdens and strengthen community health systems. We believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right.
No Hunger Awareness (Donations)
Our organization is committed to eradicating hunger through advocacy, awareness campaigns, and donation-driven food programs. We work to ensure that vulnerable populations have consistent access to nutritious food and essential resources. By partnering with local and international networks, we address both the immediate effects and root causes of food insecurity. Our goal is to develop sustainable solutions that promote food security and dignity for all.
Hold Empower Rescue
HER is a growing initiative in our organization that aims to guide, empower, encourage, and mentor young adolescent girls in both primary and secondary schools. Through our Hold Empower Rescue initiative, we focus on stabilizing vulnerable communities, empowering individuals, and restoring lives through targeted interventions. We provide tools, education, and resources that promote resilience, self-reliance, and sustainable development. Our programs are designed to uplift those affected by poverty, crisis, or social marginalization. We are driven by a mission to transform compassion into lasting impact.
Child Mortality Awareness
We are devoted to reducing preventable child mortality by promoting awareness, advocacy, and access to essential healthcare services. Our programs support maternal and child health through initiatives focused on clean water, nutrition, immunization, and safe childbirth. By collaborating with health institutions and community leaders, we strive to safeguard the lives of the most vulnerable. Every child deserves the opportunity to survive, grow, and reach their full potential.
